Joyann McNee is the head trainer at Smith Rock K9. She is well-known in Central Oregon for her work on reactivity cases. After several years training as a contractor, Joyann branched off and founded Smith Rock K9 in the summer of 2024.  Joyann continues to work with anxious dogs, specializing in Board-and-Trains at her home in Redmond, Oregon. Joyann feels lucky to have so many returning clients and always appreciates referrals!
