How It Works

Wag-Worthy Journeys: A Day in Dog School

We’ll take your dog on educational outings to stores, food carts, trails, and parks, helping them gain confidence and experience in a variety of settings. Every day with us is a mix of fun, socialization, and practical learning. It's all about giving your dog the tools to be your ultimate hiking partner, work buddy, or relaxed family member.

Best suited for family pet obedience training (not suggested for dogs needing intensive reactivity or aggression training).

Drop off window 8-10am. Pick up window 5-8pm. Accommodations made on a case by case basis.

Example Communication with Pet Parent:

Note: The dog's name is changed to "Buddy" for privacy.

"Buddy did great today!

We started off the day in Northwest Crossing by Thump Coffee, focusing on "place" and "settle" while watching people pass by. Then, we parked near my house and walked to Mud Bay with my personal dog to practice "heel" alongside another dog. In Mud Bay, we also worked on "sit," "down," and "leave it."

After Mud Bay, we went to Lowe’s and PetCo to reinforce these same skills.

Today Buddy didn’t show the pawing or mouthing behaviors you mentioned. It's common for dogs to be on their best behavior with a new trainer. As they grow more comfortable, they may show more of those habits. We will address them as soon as they happen!

Buddy’s a fantastic dog and I’m very happy with his progress!"
